Good will and polite manners between and among people.

• ‘acknowledge’ others and approach them with good will
• be polite until circumstances require otherwise

A Code of Honor

• one must have a set of individual beliefs/convictions
• this code is what is at the core of being an Outlaw

Individual Integrity

• remain steadfast in regards to the codde of honor
• a breach of integrity goes against being a true Outlaw
